It is a big 'WHY' for me ever since I started working to expand my coaching, mentoring, and training work through travel network marketing - its ability to give access to more grassroots people to start and scale additional income was a big draw...

So as I round out 365 days in the business

- Super affordable growth: 14 people are now building their startups from home, all with a low setup cost. 14 families accessing ways to supplement their incomes.

- Overcoming Barriers: They’re overcoming career and financial barriers that have held them back for years and gaining world class coaching and training

- The ultimate flex: Team members, ranging from their late 20s to their 60s, are now in control of their own schedules, working whenever and wherever they choose. Key joy for me is watching team who are mastering tech and e-commerce when previously they felt held back and excluded.

- Freeom to Live: They're able to work around their own lives, booking travel and managing childcare and caring duties on their terms.

- More Than a Business: The biggest benefit is the personal ones. They’re gaining confidence, feeling more motivated, and experiencing a positive ripple effect on their mental health and overall lives.
